This Spring Re-Connect With Your Family or Co-Workers in Minnesota’s Great Outdoors!

Looking for a way to re-connect with your co-workers or families this Spring? Voyageur Environmental Center in Mound offers safe, fun & active ways to get together as a family or business.

Corporations/Businesses: Get off ZOOM and bring your group together for a day/weekend retreat. Voyageur has ample meeting space and AV equipment to safely gather in a natural setting that sparks creativity.

Families: Host your family reunion, birthday party, or other special event in a safe, fun, outdoor environment. Instead of cramming everybody in one house, spread out among our 8 Cabins and enjoy the great outdoors TOGETHER.

Enjoy access to our waterfront, hike our trails, or enjoy the Luce Line or Dakota Rail Trail.

Voyageur Environmental Center is located on a private bay of Long Lake in Mound Minnesota. Families and groups can enjoy our private lifeguarded waterfront for swimming, paddle-sports, or fishing. With 110 acres, we have over 3 miles of nature trails to explore. Outdoor play areas include a sand volleyball court, gaga-ball, field area for lawn games, as well as three outdoor gathering areas for campfires. We are also adjacent to Three Rivers Parks’ Gale Wood Farms and Kingswood, and within 3 miles of Luce Line Trail, Dakota Rail Trail, and Lake Minnetonka for off-site outdoor pursuits.

Our Main Lodge features both indoor (Covid Capacity 36) and three outdoor (Capacity 16-48) dining areas. Food service packages can be added to your package. Our Lodge Dining Hall can also host meetings to up to 50 people. The Lodge also houses 3 additional meeting spaces for up to 25 people (unless current Covid regulations stipulate a lesser “maximum #”).

Our 8 cabins sleep a maximum of 14 people, with full bathrooms and shower in each cabin. Nestled along a ridgeline in our woods, each cabin offers a relaxing natural privacy for each family.

We are committed to our core values of “KIS-MIF-AED”.
Keep-It-Safe: We stay up to date on all CDC/MDH compliance standards, as well as the American Camp Association and Association of Camp Nurses guidelines.
Make-It-Fun: We love having fun, and we love sharing our fun with others. We have Program Staff on-site who will help you plan and experience as much fun as possible for your outing.
Active-Every-Day: We firmly believe that being active outdoors helps maintain physical, emotional, and mental health. Being outdoors is regenerative to body, mind, and soul.
