2. YOUR MN REGION
Regions are used to help identify the physical location of your venue, activity, attraction or destination. Indicate the one region in MN where your venue is located (we use counties for boundaries). Your physical address and the Google Map link showing the map location of your venue, activity, attraction or destination will then be displayed in your Expanded Listing.

With your expanded listing you get to show where your venue is located (1 location please). See the map of MN regions above. Note that counties are used for boundaries. Border states are included for venues & activities in close proximity to MN. "Serving all MN regions" is reserved for performers, entertainers and speakers.
3. YOUR EXPANDED LISTING
Your listing will "expand" when you click on the carrot (or LISTING BANNER AD) to reveal contact information, important links, special offers, and the confidential RFI (Request for Information) pop-up window. Complete the following fields for your links to be displayed.
COMPANY NAME *
This is the company name which will appear in your Expanded Listing.
ABOUT YOUR COMPANY
This will appear in a pop-up window when your "about" button is clicked in your Expanded Listing. You can have up to 65 words.
This address will be displayed in your Expanded Listing. If you are an entertainer, speaker, performer, etc, we suggest you leave these address fields empty - unless you want people showing up at your house.
This phone number will appear in your Expanded Listing.
This email address will be linked and ready to use in your Expanded Listing.
The landing page URL of your website will be linked to the VIEW WEBSITE button in your Expanded Listing.
Provide your Facebook URL and we'll link it in your Expanded Listing.
Provide your Instagram URL and we'll link it in your Expanded Listing.
Provide your Twitter URL and we'll link it in your Expanded Listing.
Provide your LinkedIn URL and we'll link it in your Expanded Listing.
GOOGLE MAP URL
Provide the Google Map URL of your venue location and we'll link it in your Expanded Listing. If you do not have a physical location, leave this field empty (unless you want clients coming to your house).
4. LISTING BANNER AD
As a Website Partner or a Full Partner you also get a LISTING BANNER AD at no added charge. It will be located with your Expanded Listing on full time display. To see a functioning example, go to TROUPE AMERICA in the Event Planning Directory.

5. FILTER CHOICES
Filters are used to assist event planners in finding you and are for suppliers only. Check only the venues, services or activities that you directly provide. DO NOT CHECK a filter if you don't provide that service.

Indicate which Special Offers category(s) apply to you. These could be for groups or employees.
6. PROMOTING YOUR SPECIAL OFFERS
On the LDM website, we have a unique webpage for SPECIAL OFFERS (either time-based or ongoing, long-term offers - often ticket programs or buyouts for groups or employees). You must be att least a WEBSITE PARTNER to promote your SPECIAL OFFER. To see the current offers go to the main menu and click SPECIAL OFFERS. You can have up to 35 words (260 characters) in an Offer Box to describe your offer.
SPECIAL OFFER BOX - PHOTO Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, jpeg.
This photo will be published in your SPECIAL OFFER Box. Send a high quality, landscape photo that represents what you offer in this category. Resolution: 200 dpi (minimum) - we will scale it to fit into the box. For ongoing SPECIAL OFFERS, you can change your photo in this box once a month.
SPECIAL OFFER BOX - URL
This URL will be associated with the VIEW OFFER button displayed at the bottom of your Special Offer Box and in your Expanded Listing. It will be linked to the landing page on your website that you designate. Both your OFFER BOX and your EXPANDED LISTING will display a "VIEW OFFER" button which will appear when you add the URL of your landing page of your website.
SPECIAL OFFER BOX - TEXT
Write up to 35 words describing your offer including details, conditions and requirements to qualify for your SPECIAL OFFER. Describe your offer including details on how to redeem, any special instructions or restrictions & coupon codes. You must include the discount's end date for the VIEW OFFER button to activate and go live. Your VIEW OFFER button that appears at the bottom of your SPECIAL OFFER Listing Box can either be linked to an offer on your website or provided as a pop up window.
SPECIAL OFFER BOX - Expiration Date
Indicate the date you want this offer to expire. When clicked, the VIEW OFFER buttons will bring up a pop-up window on our website that will display your special offer or coupon, your link, and your password for your SPECIAL OFFER. Your offer simply will go away when your end date arrives. You MUST include the discount's end date for the VIEW OFFER button to activate and go live.

Each Website or Full Partner gets a literature carousel for PDF brochures that can be downloaded 24/7. Submit up to 5 PDF brochures for your literature carousel.
