The information you provide in the following form will be used throughout the LetsDoMN website – in the Homepage, Download Center, Directory, Resource Blog and most importantly, in the Listing Boxes in each of the 3 supplier categories.

WELCOME TO LetsDoMN! – LETS GET STARTED!
Your first step is to determine which of these 3 supplier categories you will be participating in.
There are 3 Supplier Categories in LetsDoMN. You can participate in 1, in 2, or in all 3. Each supplier category is home to Partner Listing Boxes that require specific descriptive content unique to specific category. If you choose to participate in more than 1 supplier category, you will need to write different LISTING BOX editorial content and also provide a different photo for each. Your specific editorial content and our filters in each of the 3 categories is what makes LetsDoMN work!

Your next step is to complete the entire Partner Form.
We use all of your information in this form throughout the entire website. Make sure you provide the best, correct information.

Before you get started, we recommend you print the empty Partner Form, review it and plan for what you will need to provide. You will need to select best photos, write 3 short paragraphs, and more.
After completing this form and before you submit it – it’s helpful to print out the completed form for your records.

MAKING EDITS AFTER YOU’VE SUBMITTED THIS PARTNER FORM
After you have initially completed this form, you should plan on refreshing content periodically. An example of this is if you plan to offer new and/or frequent discounts or special offers. Please use the LetsDoMN Partner UPDATE Form (you’ll find it in the Partner Back Office) each time you want to submit new information, copy, photos or PDF’s. Here are the areas you may choose to change, update or edit:
1. HOME PAGE – We’re always looking for exciting beauty photos here.
2. DOWNLOAD CENTER – Keep your literature carousel filled with up-to-date brochures & literature (you send to us, we put them in).

    INSTRUCTIONS: Indicate the region where your venue or destination is located. (If you are speaker or entertainer who travels, you may skip this section.)
  • 3. SUPPLIER CATEGORIES & SERVICES

    INSTRUCTIONS: You can participate in from 1 to all 3 categories - as each applies to you. Check only the services that apply specifically to you. Do not check if you must contract for that service. We use this information to search for and filter each participant.
    Indicate in the Listing Box what, as a supplier, you can provide an event producer or a meeting planner. Event venues & spaces include iconic & unusual sites such as historic mansions, refurbished barns, museums, libraries, churches, theaters, caves, parks and more!
    Indicate the type of entertainer you are, i.e., magician, solo musician, band, etc., or the type of speaking you offer. Does not include entertainment venues.
    SPECIAL NOTE: The Perks4Work category is to promote special offers, discounts, coupon deals and activities you have available for companies, their employees & families. See the Partner Program or the Partner FAQ page for more info.
  • 4. SUPPLIER CATEGORY LISTING BOXES

    In #3 you indicated which supplier categories you fit into. Now you need to tell us what and why. Each of the 3 supplier categories offers one Listing Box per Partner if the Partner "fits" in that category. It will contain that Partner's information unique to that supplier category. We use this information to search and filter each Partner.
  • One listing box per Partner. Write up to 35 descriptive words (260 characters) describing your event services. This will be published in your LetsDo Events & Meetings Listing Box, if you elect to participate in this category. Send the reader to your website for more information.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg.
    This photo will be published only in the LETSDO EVENTS & MEETINGS Listing Box. Send a high quality, horizontal photo that represents what you offer in this category. Min 200 dpi - we will scale and/or crop to fit. Your photo in this Listing Box can be changed once per month.
  • One listing box per Partner. Write up to 35 descriptive words (260 characters) for your Listing Box in this category. This will be published in your Speakers & Entertainers Listing Box, if you elect to participate in this category. Send the reader to your website for more information.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg.
    This photo will be published in the SPEAKERS & ENTERTAINERS Listing Box. Send a high quality, landscape photo that represents what you offer in this category. Min 200 dpi - we will scale to fit. Your photo in this Listing Box can be changed once per month.
  • One listing box per Partner. Here you can tell about your activity(s), or Perks4Work discount or special offer and link it to your website's landing page. Write up to 35 descriptive words (260 characters) for this Listing Box - then let your website finish the details. This Listing Box can have a "VIEW OFFER" button which will appear when you add the URL of your Special Offers Landing Page of your website, ending date of your offer and your discount password. When clicked, this button will bring up a unique window that will display your special offer or coupon, your link, and your password for your deal. Your offer will go away when your date arrives. You must include the discount's end date for the VIEW OFFER button to activate and go live. Your Perks4Work offer can be changed according to the level of your Partner Program.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg.
    This photo will be published in the PERKS4WORK & ACTIVITIES Listing Box. Send a high quality, landscape photo that represents what you offer in this category. Min 200 dpi - we will scale to fit. Your photo in this Listing Box can be changed once per month.
  • You should provide this physical address if it is for a venue, attraction or destination that clients would go to. If you only go to venues to perform or speak - and don't want people coming to your address - don't provide an address here.
  • Your website address will be linked to the VIEW WEBSITE button in your Listing Box(es).
  • This website landing page address will be associated with the VIEW OFFER button that appears at the bottom of your Perks4Work Listing Box (it will be linked to your website's Special Offers and Discounts landing page).
  • POP UP Window offer information: provide the information you would like describing your offer including details/conditions/requirements Your VIEW OFFER button that appears at the bottom of your Perks4Work Listing Box can either be linked to an offer on your website or provided as a pop up window.
  • Indicate the date you want this offer to expire.
  • Provide your Facebook URL and we'll link it in your Listing Boxes.
  • Provide your Twitter URL and we'll link it in your Listing Boxes.
  • Provide your LinkedIn URL and we'll link it in your Listing Boxes.
  • Provide your Instagram URL and we'll link it in your Listing Boxes.
  • Provide the Google Map URL of your location and we'll link it in your Listing Boxes. If you do not have a physical location, leave this map field blank (unless you want clients coming to your house).
  • Drop files here or

    Send us a PDF file of your brochure(s) and we will publish it in your literature carousel on our website's Download Center. If your PDF file(s) is too large to send via this website (more than 64MB), an option is to send your brochure via www.wetransfer.com to the attention of nicole@mnfieldtriplibrary.org.
